Intervention tools must be continuously and rapidly adapted to new needs and changing social conditions. Social innovation, benchmarking between different experiences and countries, and grassroots development of social services are increasingly necessary elements for designing welfare reforms.

Ismeri Europa is committed to:

For the European Commission, Ismeri Europa frequently conducts evaluations on the effects of interventions supported by the European Social Fund or comparative analyses of active labor policies in different member states. Ismeri Europa has carried out various studies and evaluations for the Directorate-General for Employment and at the national level for Ministries, Regions, and local administrations.
